In fact, in the case of popular swine influenza H1N1 virus, it is hoped that people will build immunity to the virus by being inoculated with the weakened virus in small quantities. Know this ... a body fit, healthy and full of vitality has little or no reasons to be sick. Its cells are strong, the immune system is also strong enough and the body has an incredible ability to protect itself to parasites by itself. Our genetic heritage is so weakened ‐ because of poor nutrition, pollution and other chronic problems of the population ‐ that our bodies are having a hard time fighting diseases and thus, makes attractive to our eyes, the inoculation of a parasite ( virus) weakened to ensure adequate protection. The immune system, in a global perspective of human genetics, is at its lowest level in the whole human history. And even when receiving a vaccine, many people still developed diseases, sometimes chronic and degenerative. Your body is composed of 75 trillion cells! All these cells work at their best when your body is well fed and clean. You shall never forget that from this astronomical number of cells, many are immune cells that are taking care of preventing parasites and viruses to grow in your body. Either you can allow your body to become stronger, perform better and protect him by taking care of it. It starts with better food and a good cleansing (detox).
