Ce n’est pas que dans les restaurants qu’il existe la malbouffe, mais dans les suppléments aussi. Il est donc important de bien comprendre les principales différences qui existent sur le marché.

En Amérique du Nord, un autre type de régime est devenu populaire : l’aliment isolé et synthétiquement transformé.  Malheureusement, la majorité des gens n'est pas consciente des problèmes reliés à la consommation de ces produits qui peuvent occasionner des problèmes de santé à court, moyen et long terme.  En effet,  non seulement cet isolat n’est pas complet en soi mais son assimilation ne sera pas optimisée par votre organisme, et il engorgera vos organes éliminateurs tout en occasionnant des problèmes au niveau de la digestion.

Deux choses à retenir :
